A separate address keeps things organised; it does not protect anything by itself. Who can open a private workspace is decided by named access that you approve in the scope.
05 · How it works
Nothing is charged until you have accepted a written quote. The path from first message to delivery has five steps.
You describe your company and the work using the brief composer below. A short description is enough.
We confirm the scope and deliverables, then send a written price with currency, taxes and payment schedule.
You accept in writing. Ownership, handover and any ongoing terms are stated before you accept.
After agreement, card payment is arranged through Stripe: one-off work and recurring service are set up as your quote describes.
Work is delivered to the agreed scope. Ongoing service continues on the cadence you agreed.
06 · Scope, ownership and security
No. Mindev starts with a conversation and a written scope, then delivers the work your company needs. The examples on this site illustrate possible deliverables rather than a self-serve product.
Usually not. Your public site goes on your own domain, normally in a hosting account your company holds. Private material goes in a separate workspace named in your quote, apart from this website. Mindev remains your contact for quotes, agreements, billing and questions about the work.
Your company's own records, data, trademarks and approved content stay yours. Ownership of deliverables, source files and any reusable components is set out in the written quote or agreement for each engagement, including what you can take with you at the end. We state it plainly before you accept.
We do not claim security certifications. The arrangements for a given job, such as who has access, how files are shared and where they are hosted, are described in the scope for that job. Removing someone's access stops future access but cannot recall copies already downloaded, so we plan access before anyone is invited. If you need specific controls or have a security questionnaire, say so in your brief and we will tell you plainly what can and cannot be met.
Confidential or material non-public information, data files, credentials, and any card or banking details. Describe the work in general terms first. If we go ahead, a suitable way to exchange files is agreed as part of the scope.
You do. Technical content is approved by your qualified person, and disclosure decisions sit with your officers and advisers. We present what you approve and flag inconsistencies we notice. We do not give geological, legal or securities advice.
From the scope. We confirm what you need, then send a written quote with price, currency, taxes and payment schedule. Recurring fees are quoted to the work and shown separately from one-off setup.
We agree the update cadence, support coverage and response expectations with you before service starts. Tell us about any time-sensitive requirements so we can include them in the scope.
